  • Carpet cleaning technicians

  • Upholstery and rug cleaning specialists

  • Tile and grout technicians

  • Air duct cleaning technicians

Experience in cleaning or restoration is helpful, but not required for all positions. We provide training and support for the right candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

Field & Technical Roles

  • Performing carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning

  • Responding to water damage and restoration emergencies

  • Operating professional cleaning and drying equipment

  • Completing structural drying, extraction, and job site setup

  • Delivering high-quality service and results in residential and commercial settings

Customer & Operations Roles

  • Communicating with homeowners, property managers, and business clients

  • Coordinating job schedules and service calls

  • Managing project timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Supporting daily operations across cleaning and restoration teams

Leadership & Management Roles

  • Overseeing field teams and service quality as a manager or assistant manager

  • Leading divisions such as restoration, cleaning, or specialty services

  • Managing large-loss projects and coordinating crews and resources

  • Driving performance, training, and team development

Corporate & Administrative Roles

  • Supporting operations through administrative and office management roles

  • Managing accounting, finance, and financial reporting functions

  • Leading human resources, recruiting, and team development initiatives

  • Supporting marketing, branding, and sales growth across Austin and Central Texas

  • Contributing to long-term business strategy and leadership as part of executive roles, including divisional leaders and vice president positions
