All of our Austin water damage technicians and rug cleaning technicians are IICRC certified (Certification #80169). We are a certified firm in: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Carpet Cleaning and Stone, Masonry & Tile Cleaning. We are licensed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under Toxic Substance Control Section 402 and certified to perform lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting under 40 CFR Part 745.89 (License NAT-56770-4). The Steam Team is also a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor (MRC# RCO1264) with the State of Texas through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

For HVAC work, our Austin air duct cleaning technicians are certified through NADCA. We are certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) and Ventilation System Mold Remediators (VSMR License #12773490), qualified to serve as project managers for residential and commercial HVAC cleaning, restoration, and microbial remediation projects.

We are also MFS certified as trained Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Technicians and Inspectors in accordance with NFPA 96 standards (License #MFSR000094). In addition, our team carries OSHA HAZWOPER certification through the OSHA Education Center of the American Safety Council.
