Notes:

1. Combination rooms (for example living/dining areas) are counted as 2 rooms.
2. A "Stairs" quantity of 1 equals 13 steps. Additional steps will be priced at $3.00 each.
3. For rooms that are not listed, select "Other" room using these guidelines: small is up to 100 sq. ft., medium is 100-300 sq. ft., and large is more than 300 sq. ft.
4. Closets larger than 20 sq. ft. are considered a walk-in closet.

Prices are subject to change. $80.00 minimum completed job required. One area equals up to 300 square feet; areas exceeding 300 square feet will be priced as additional areas. Baths, staircases, halls and large walk-in closets are priced separately. Area rugs are priced separately. Sectional sofas may not be separated. Sofas over 7 ft. and certain fabrics may incur additional charges. Portable equipment may be required for areas above the 2nd floor or if adjacent parking is not available. Use of portable equipment may result in a higher required job minimum or a price increase.
